The 'Crock' , sometimes called 'The Crockeries' (Walt is fond of nicknames), where they finish for drinks, is almost certainly the Victoria Lodge Hotel, the club's headquarters.

After tea. the usual parade, scorching on each other's machines

Dave Gordon rolls the path

and Gordon looks like a scissors grinder

We finish up at the Crock - 2 mugs of beer
