While hunting rought the mill we come across an old friend in the cycling world, namely the churn lorry on which in our boyhood we used to coast hills (the steering is cripper style but more sensitive)

A visit to relatives at Coppenhall

Outside the Swan hotel in Sandbach people inspect and criticise the tandem

We pedal slowly behind uncle's trap till we reach the railway bridge then spurt right away like the very wind! Have another tea and musical evening
