Tom was Tom Dutton, Walt's 16 year old brother.

Sunday Cycling

Jack Furniss (just back from London and ghe Georges Baths) and Tom on the tandem. Arthur and I on Bicyclettes are attacked by a dog.

We sojourn at the BlueBell and discuss bottled beer and from the window watch the wobbling cyclists toil aginst the wind.
