Young Charley's Lastest Endeavour

Charley, the wonder cyclist, is now 6

Last year 5 year old Charley Simpson raised an astonishing £1,378 for Children in Need by doing an 11 and half mile sponsored cycle ride (Charley, the Wonder Cyclist).

Not one to rest on his laurels, Charley, now that he is six, is about to attempt a mini triathlon in aid of the same charity.

In addition to cycling, Charley has developed an enthusiasm for go-karting and will undertake his new challenge on 15th November. He has been given an hour of track time at Dunsfold Park Track (made famous by BBC's Top Gear), during which he will attempt three laps of the 1.75 mile circuit - one on foot, one cycling and one in his go-kart.
