Route 5 National Cycle Network - Prestatyn ladies stand aside on Llanddulas Hill's one in four gradient to make way for Judy & Alan Steventon of Woodbridge, Suffolk. Judy & Alan are 4,600 miles into their circuit of the UK coastline by tandem. From their home they have covered the entire eastern seaboard including the Shetlands and Hebrides. They have just entered North Wales from the Isle of Man via the Wirral Way, and aim to keep as close to the coast as possible. With c7000 miles of coastline in all to cover, they are riding it in sections. They will be taking a break at Bristol towards the end of July 06, resuming their journey next year. We wish them well |
