OUCH!

 

David Hinks with bike A Maiden Bike Ride: Dennis Hinks is seen here cycling for the first time for many years. A retired gas worker from Stockport, he found this bike on a rubbish tip. After giving it a splash of oil, Dennis is on his way to play crown green bowls with his woods in his rucksack. Having angina and diabetes, Dennis plans a healthier lifestyle by cycling regularly.

 

Parents and young child cycle on Colwyn prom cycleway - the father has the family dog on a lead Five's company: The Rose family of Conwy appreciate that one of their number is not too happy being left at home when the rest go cycling.
