BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION CYCLE RIDE - RHYL, MAY 2010

With almost 600 entrants in this year's BHF event, and no doubt a similar number of riders out for their usual Sunday spin, the North Wales coast was certainly sending its usual message that if you want good health - get pedalling. And it's fun too!

We often hear of people overcoming disabilities or ill health through starting cycling - read about Bryn Richards from Ruthin who took part in this event.

We won't waste space on further words - this small sample of photos tell their own stories. And if you would like to know more about the British Heart Foundation click http://www.bhf.org.uk/
