All runs start at 10am. Please ring the leader before the date to make sure of no last minute changes.
Please note:- all riders must make sure that their bikes are roadworthy and carry a basic tool kit, spare food, a drink plus waterproofs.
Also note it is essential to have working lights from 1st October until 31st March.

The rides are always around 20 miles with a café stop halfway
Walking up hills allowed & no one left behind
Please make sure your bike is roadworthy & that you have a spare inner tube, pump, & tools appropriate for your bike, also waterproofs & cash for refreshments
Please remember you are responsible for your own safety & for the safety of others in the group
